Intermediate Pre-Latte (2500-1600 BP)

Decoration and form simplified. Some bowls still lime-filled impressions but usually lines, circles and chevrons. Simple impressions (at end of phase). Rim impressions. Small carinated bowls. Rim-lip impression some vessels with flared or vertical rims and flat or slightly curving bases. Forms minaly open bowl with flat bottom and vertical sides and unthickened rims. Oval-shaped bowls with spouts finished with red slips. Calcareous inclusions or a mixture of calcareous and volcanic inclusions.
