Unplacered local sand temper with plagioclase and microlitic/vitric volcanic rock fragments. Plagioclase feldspar , clinopyroxene , and opaque iron oxide grains. Microlitic fragments in which birefringent plagioclase microlites are embedded in tan to brown volcanic glass, felsitic fragments composed of microgranular quartz-feldspar mosaics formed by devitrification of felsic volcanic glass, vitric or glassy fragments of tan to brown (or red) volcanic glass.
