Exotic Tonga pyroxenic placer

Pyroxenic placer sands, moderately to well sorted aggregates of dominantly subangular to partly subrounded grains, and are inferred to be beach placers (calcareous). Clinopyroxene, plagioclase, and quartz mineral (pyroxene dacite) and exclusively volcanic rock fragments. Some sherds have hornblende.
