Mixed quartzose-ophiolitic placer. Derives from mixed Gondwanan-Oceanic Terranes. Quartz, plagioclase, epidote, biotite, chert-metachert, argillite, slate-phyllite, metaquartzite, serpentinite, clinopyroxenes, orthopyroxenes, olivine, chrome-spinel, basalt, vitric, gabbro-diorite, peridotite, and granitic.

Fabric Class:

Opaque: Dominated by opaque inclusions.

Tectonic Highland Ophiolitic: Have diagnostic chrome-spinels and the metavolcanic serpentinite.
