Vuda pyroxenic

Indigenous to Vuda. Derived primarily from volcanic sources, but are more felsic than the more mafic eastern coast of Northern Viti Levu. They also contain intrusive igneous detritus (microphaneritic rocks, quartz and biotite). Dominant rocks are hyalopilitic microlitics.
