Admiralty Transitional (2300-1900 BP)

Horizontal rims, also out curving, direct, everted and incurving with plain and flat lips. Limited decoration: incision, punctation, applique (knobs and impressed bands), notching. Mainly jars (necked and neckless) but some carinated vessels and deep bowls. Medium textured, mainly (non-calcareous) sand tempered. Sites GLT3, GEF1/2/3.
