Opaque iron oxide grains, and vitric volcanic rock fragments composed of mafic sideromelane (basaltic glass). The calcareous grains are skeletal and micritic (pelletal) debris of modern reefal origin, and the calcareous aggregates are well sorted sands with textures appropriate for a beach origin.
Olivine placer sand. Clinopyroxene dominant, but minor orthopyroxene.
