Guam hybrid

Hybrid (calcareous-terrigenous) tempers composed of mixed calcareous and pyroxene-rich placer sand, or andesitic sand that is lithic-rich.

Hybrid beach sand temper in which calcareous reef detritus is admixed with terrigenous grains derived from volcanic rocks.
